DLA Piper has guided Affidea in connection with its acquisition of Medisport Medical Centre. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Hague, the Netherlands-based Affidea was advised by a DLA Piper team that includes partners Bartosz Matusik and Piotr Miller. Counsel information for Medisport Medical, which is based in Lublin, Poland, was not immediately available.
