Techprint has agreed to acquire graphic design firm ARC Document Solutions in a deal guided by a bevy of law firms. The transaction, announced Aug. 28, is expected to close before the end of 2024. Financial terms were not disclosed. Lawrence, Massachusetts-based Techprint was advised by Loeb & Loeb. ARC Document, which is based in San Ramon, California, was represented by a K&L Gates team and Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr. Latham & Watkins represented William Blair & Co., which acted as financial advisor to the special committee of the board of directors of Arc Document. The Latham & Watkins corporate team was led by partner Steven Stokdyk.
