Lindsay Goldberg has agreed to acquire Golden State Foods in a deal guided by Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Financial terms were not disclosed. New York-based Lindsay Goldberg was advised by a Cravath, Swaine & Moore team led by partners David J. Perkins, Matthew L. Ploszek and Adam M. Sanchez. Counsel information for Golden State Foods, which is based in Irvine, California, was not immediately available.
