L3Harris Technologies announced that it has agreed to sell its commercial aviation solutions business to private equity firm TJC LP for $800 million. The transaction, announced Nov. 27, is expected to close in the first half of 2024. Melbourne, Florida-based L3Harris was advised by a Sullivan & Cromwell team including New York-based partners Scott B. Crofton and Keith A. Pagnani. TJC was represented by Kirkland & Ellis.
