Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has agreed to sell software company Epicor Software Corp. to funds managed by CVC Capital Partner. The transaction, announced Aug. 13, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. Financial terms were not disclosed. CD&R was represented by a Debevoise & Plimpton team led by M&A partners Uri Herzberg and Kevin Schmidt. CVC Capital, which is based in New York, was advised by White & Case.
