One Equity Partners has sold ORS Nasco to Wynnchurch Capital LP. Financial terms were not disclosed. Rosemont, Illinois-based Wynnchurch was advised by Foley & Lardner. The team includes partners Christopher Bourne, Gjina Lucaj and Omar Lucia. Counsel information for One Equity was not immediately available.
