H.I.G. Capital has agreed to sell its portfolio company USALCO to funds managed by TJC f/k/a the Jordan Co. The transaction, announced Aug. 5, is expected to close in the next few months. Financial terms were not disclosed. H.I.G. Capital was represented by a King & Spalding team including partners Rahul Patel and John M. Anderson. Counsel information for TJC was not immediately available.
