Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has guided JPMorgan Chase in connection with the underwriting of a debt offering valued at an aggregate 3.5 billion euros ($3.83 billion). The issuance was announced Jan. 12 by Munchen, Germany-based mental health clinic Schon Klinik SE. The Freshfields Bruckhaus team included partner Frank Laudenklos.
