Holding company Epsium Enterprise Ltd. filed a registration statement with the SEC on Dec. 29 to raise approximately $10 million in an initial public offering. The Macau-based company, which has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq, is advised by Ogier and King & Wood Mallesons. The team includes King & Wood Mallesons partner Laura Hemmann. The underwriters, led by Network 1 Financial Securities, are represented by VCL Law.
