Mobile gaming group Modern Times Group has agreed to sell its U.S. and Chile-based studio Kongregate to Monumental Studios in a deal guided by Baker Botts and Baker McKenzie. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sweden-based Modern Times was represented by a Baker Botts team led by partner David Marshall. Monumental, which is based in Austin, Texas, was advised by Baker McKenzie. The Baker McKenzie team was led by partner Lisa Fontenot.
