Ridgewood Infrastructure announced that it has acquired Waste Resource Management, a wastewater collection, treatment and disposal services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. New York-based Ridgewood was advised by a Kirkland & Ellis team led by corporate partners Bill Benitez and Robert Goodin. Counsel information for Waste Resource, which is based in Houston, was not immediately available.
