Private equity investment firm Valor Equity Partners has secured $3.4 billion in total commitments after acquiring additional commitments for Valor Siren Ventures II, the Valor Opportunity Fund and concurrently announcing the final close of its flagship fund, Valor Equity Partners VI. Chicago-based Valor Equity Partners was advised by a Kirkland & Ellis team led by investment funds partners Chris Kallos and Adam Parks.
