The SPAC, which has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq, is advised by Ellenoff Grossman & Schole partners Barry Grossman and Wei Wang. The underwriters, led by Maxim Group, are represented by Loeb & Loeb partners Angela Dowd, David Levine and Mitchell Nussbaum.
