Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom has counseled BofA Securities and Citigroup in the underwriting of a debt offering valued at $700 million. The issuance was announced Nov. 27 by Toronto-based Brookfield Corp. The Skadden Arps team included partner Ryan Dzierniejko. The notes come due 2034.
