BT Group has agreed to sell the BT Tower to MCR Hotels for approximately 275 million pounds ($347 million). MCR plans to preserve the tower as an iconic hotel. London-based BT was advised by Addleshaw Goddard. MCR Hotels was advised by Herbert Smith Freehills.
