EQT Infrastructure VI has agreed to acquire waste treatment facility KJ Environment and affiliated companies from Genesis Private Equity. The transaction, announced Aug. 16, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024. Financial terms were not disclosed. Stockholm-based EQT was advised by Kim & Chang. Counsel information for Genesis Private Equity was not immediately available.
