Trace Midstream Partners II, a portfolio company of Quantum Capital Group, has agreed to acquire the natural gas gathering and transportation assets in the Northern Delaware Basin from LM Energy Delaware. Financial terms were not disclosed. Houston-based Trace Midstream was advised by a Vinson & Elkins team led by partner Matt Falcone. LM Energy, based in Dallas, was represented by Kirkland & Ellis partners Kevin Crews, Adam Garmezy, Lucas Spivey and David Wheat.
