Paul Hastings has guided Wells Fargo in connection with the underwriting of a majority equity investment by TowerBrook Capital Partners LP in Demakes Enterprises, a fourth-generation family run butchers business. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Paul Hastings team was led by the firm's Global Finance co-chair Jennifer St. John Yount. New York-based TowerBrook was advised by Sidley Austin. Demakes, which is based in Lynn, Massachusetts, was represented by an ArentFox Schiff team.
