Brazil Potash Corp., which is developing a mining project in the Amazon basin of Brazil, filed a registration statement with the SEC on Aug. 20 to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange. The size of the IPO has not been announced. The Toronto-based company was advised by Wildeboer Dellelce LLP and a Greenberg Traurig team that included partners Rebecca DiStefano, William Wong and Wildeboer Dellelce. The underwriters, led by Cantor Fitzgerald, are represented by Sidley Austin and Bennett Jones. The Sidley Austin team included partners Samir Gandhi and Daniel O'Shea.
