Pelican Energy Partners has agreed to purchase Electrical Builders Industries in a deal guided by Locke Lord and Taft Stettinius & Hollister. Financial terms were not disclosed. Houston-based Pelican Energy was advised by a Locke Lord team led by Ashley Lopez and Jennie Simmons. Electrical Builders, which is based in St. Cloud, Minnesota, was represented by Taft Stettinius & Hollister.
