Character.AI entered in agreement with Google whereby Character.AI will provide Google with a non-exclusive license for its current LLM technology. Menlo Park, California-based Character AI was advised by a Sullivan & Cromwell team including partners Peter Jones, Nader Mousavi, John Savva and Mark Schenkel. Counsel information was not immediately available for Google.
