Majesco announced that it has acquired insurance-based software company Decision Research Corp. in a deal guided by Sheppard Mullin and Fox Rothschild. Financial terms were not disclosed. Morristown, New Jersey-based Majesco was advised by Sheppard Mullin. Decision Research, which is based in Honolulu, was represented by a Fox Rothschild team.
