Summit Carbon Solutions and POET announced the creation of a partnership on Monday. Ames, Iowa-based Summit Carbon was represented by a Kirkland & Ellis team led by real assets partner Chad Smith. Counsel information for POET, which is based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was not immediately available.
