Davis Polk & Wardwell has advised JPMorgan Chase in the underwriting of a debt offering valued at an aggregate $230 million. The issuance was announced Jan. 9 by Miami-based OPKO Health. The Davis Polk team included partners David Bauer, Mark DiFiore, Michael Farber and Deanna Kirkpatrick. The notes come due 2029.
