CVC Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Mallinckrodt plc's Therakos business for $925 million. Mallinckrodt, a specialty pharmaceutical company, was counseled by a Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz team led by Victor Goldfeld and Elizabeth A. Ingriselli. Mallinckrodt was also represented by A&O Shearman. Counsel information was not available for CVC Partners
