Parsons Corp., a defense, intelligence, security and infrastructure engineering firm, was counseled by Latham & Watkins in a debt offering valued at an aggregate $800 million. The Latham & Watkins team was led by partners Steven Stokdyk, Greg Rodgers and Andrew Blumenthal. The notes come due 2029.
