Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has guided Citigroup Global Markets Inc. in the underwriting of a debt offering valued at an aggregate $2.5 billion. The issuance was announced Nov. 27 by New York-based Citibank NA. The Cleary Gottlieb team included partners Jeffrey Karpf and William McRae.
