Yukon Partners has agreed to acquire consulting firm Market Performance Group in a deal guided by Dorsey & Whitney. Financial terms were not disclosed. Minneapolis-based Yukon Partners was advised by Dorsey & Whitney. Counsel information for Market Performance, which is based in Princeton, New Jersey, was not immediately available.
