Latham & Watkins has advised Carlyle and other creditors in connection with the underwriting of a debt offering valued at $750 million. The issuance was announced Feb. 1 by Chicago-based airport parking company the Parking Spot. The Latham & Watkins team was led by partner Gianluca Bacchiocchi.
