Latham & Watkins has guided Seres Therapeutics in connection with the sale of its VOWST business to Nestle Health Science SA for $525 million. The transaction, announced Aug. 6, is expected to close in the next 90 days. The Latham & Watkins corporate deal team was led by partners Scott Shean and Peter Handrinos. Counsel information for Nestle Health Science was not immediately available.
