Reed Smith has guided private equity firms Givmv and Paragon Partners in connection with the sale of road safety equipment manufacturer Wemas Absperrtechnik GmbH to Sekisui Jushi Corp. Financial terms were not disclosed. The Reed Smith team was led by partners Dr. Nikolaus von Jacobs and Dr. Germar Enders. Counsel information for Sekisui Jushi, which is based in Japan, was not immediately available.
