Bruin Capital has agreed to make a 30 million pound ($38 million) investment in Box to Box Films, a documentary production company. White Plains, New York-based Bruin Capital was advised by a Simpson Thacher & Bartlett team that included partners James Howe, Etienne Renaudeau and Christopher Vallance. Box to Box Films, which is based in London, was represented by a CMS team led by partner Paul Guite.
