Victor Capital Partners announced that it has sold its portfolio company CodeGreen to Pinchin Ltd., a portfolio company of Keystone Capital Management. Financial terms were not disclosed. New York-based CodeGreen was advised by Blank Rome. Counsel information for Keystone Capital, based in Chicago, was not immediately available.
