Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton has guided Citigroup Global Markets in the underwriting of a debt offering valued at an aggregate $5.5 billion. The issuance was announced Feb. 7 by New York-based Citigroup. The Cleary Gottlieb team included partners Jeffrey Karpf and William McRae.
