Funds affiliated with the Chertoff Group have acquired cybersecurity services provider Trustwave from Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. Financial terms were not disclosed. Singapore Telecommunications was represented by a Jones Day team including partner Ted Powers. Counsel information for the Chertoff Group was not immediately available.
