XOMA Corporation has agreed to purchase Kinnate Biopharma Inc. in a deal guided by Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. The transaction, announced Feb. 16, is expected to close in April 2024. Emeryville, California-based XOMA was advised by a Gibson Dunn team that included partners Pamela Endreny, Ryan Murr and Robert Phillips. Kinnate, which is based in San Diego, was represented by Wilson Sonsini.
