The SPAC, which has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq, is advised by Paul Hastings partner Brandon Bortner. The underwriters, led by Cohen & Co., are represented by Greenberg Traurig partners Alan Annex, Tricia Branker, Adam Namoury and Jason Simon.
