Charger Investment Partners announced that it has completed the acquisition of consumables manufacturer SBG Holdings from Blue Point Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. El Segundo, California-based Charger Investment was advised by Massumi + Consoli. Blue Point was represented by a Perkins Coie team.
