Sheppard Mullin has guided UCI Health in connection with its acquisition of Tenet Healthcare Corp.'s Pacific Coast Network, which consists of four hospitals, for approximately $975 million. The Sheppard Mullin team includes partners Nioura Ghazni and Eric Newsom. Counsel information for Tenet, which is based in Dallas, was not immediately available.
