Thoma Bravo has agreed to sell TRADER Corp. to AutoScout24. Financial terms were not disclosed. Toronto-based Trader Corp. was advised by Kirkland & Ellis; McMillan; and Goodmans LLP. AutoScout, which is based in Munich, was advised by Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg; Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer; and a Simpson Thacher & Bartlett team including partners Mark Myott and Anthony Vernace.
