Mayer Brown has counseled HSBC Bank in connection with the underwriting of a debt offering valued at 244 million pounds ($318 million). The issuance was announced Aug. 14 by London-based Bletchley Park Funding 2024-1 PLC. The Mayer Brown team included partners Matthew Mortimer and David O'Connor.
