Davis Polk & Wardwell has counseled the initial purchasers in connection with the underwriting of a debt offering valued at an aggregate $2 billion. The issuance was announced Feb. 20 by Atlanta-based fintech company Global Payments Inc. The Davis Polk team included partners Lucy Farr and Mark Mendez. The notes come due 2031.
