Marine Towing of Tampa affiliate, Marine Towing of Port Canaveral, announced that it has acquired the Port Canaveral operations and assets associated with E.N. Bisso & Son's acquisition of Seabulk Towing Holdings. Financial terms were not disclosed. Tampa, Florida-based Marine Towing was advised by Trenam. A Simpson Thacher & Bartlett team including partner W. Andrew Lanius represented J.P. Morgan, acting as administrative agent in connection with the committed revolving credit and term loan A financing for the underlying transaction. Counsel information for Seabulk Towing, which is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was not immediately available.
