Private equity firm Trive Capital announced the formation of pipe, valves and fittings distributor Venturi Supply. The company is the result of the acquisitions of six PVF distribution businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dallas-based Trive Capital was advised by King & Spalding partner Justin King.
