D.R. Horton Inc. filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Delaware Court of Chancery in connection with the development of 185 single family homes. The suit accuses real estate investor Magnolia Investors of Wilmington LLC of failing to complete certain provisions in accordance with an executed land purchase contract. The suit was brought by McAllister Firm LLC. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2023-0305, D.R. Horton, Inc.-New Jersey v. Magnolia Investors of Wilmington, L.L.C.
