Carnival, the international cruise line, was sued Tuesday in Florida Southern District Court for personal injury claims. The lawsuit was filed by Waks & Barnett on behalf of Cheryl Dasen. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-22721, Dasen v. Carnival Corporation.
