Kathleen McLeod Caminiti and Sarah Wieselthier of Fisher Phillips have stepped in to defend Atlas Paving Contractors Inc. and Michael Petruska in a pending lawsuit over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The suit was filed June 22 in New Jersey District Court by Pechman Law Group on behalf of Jorge Damien-Sierra. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Esther Salas, is 2:20-cv-07618, Damien-Sierra v. Atlas Paving Contractors Inc. et al.
