Jennifer Monrose Moore and Sarah Hock of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart have entered appearances for Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corp. in a pending lawsuit over alleged employment discrimination under the ADA. The case was filed Dec. 15 in Florida Middle District Court by Woodside Law on behalf of a customer service specialist who contends that she was wrongfully terminated after seeking FMLA leave for rotator cuff surgery and recovery. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday, is 8:23-cv-02874, Dame v. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation.
