Attorneys at Drew Eckl & Farnham on Friday removed a slip-and-fall lawsuit against Burlington Stores and its landlord to Georgia Southern District Court. The complaint was filed by Morgan & Morgan on behalf of Alejandra Cruz. The case is 4:22-cv-00167, Cruz v. Burlington Coat Factory Warehouse Corp. et al.
