Stephanie J. Peet, Michael D. Ridenour and Amanda E. Steinke of Jackson Lewis have entered appearances for Brinker International, the parent company of Chili's, and other defendants in a pending lawsuit over alleged age-based employment discrimination. The complaint was filed Dec. 8 in Pennsylvania Eastern District Court by Saffren & Weinberg on behalf of Jim Craig. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Wendy Beetlestone, is 2:21-cv-05375, Craig v. Maggiano's Little Italy et al.
